I've started to come to terms with losing planets from my list every few days, I'm still not happy with the frequency, but I do have one thing I'd like to happen: Last Known Status. Just a brief snapshot of what the planet was producing and what artifacts you had on it the last time you saw it (before someone snatched it away) |

Yeah, that would be really nice. I was gonna try keeping track of them all, but it takes too much time. |

So many suggestions of this type would be solved if the planet data base was made downloadable. when you have 100 or so planets, managing them becomes a problem. If all the info was downloadable in a format understandable by Excel and/or Open Office, then so many tasks would become easier. If you wanted to know what your planet had on it before it was taken, just look at a file you created before it was taken. You could quickly know what planets need upgrading, if you had planets owned by your enemies and more. |

The problem with downloading the database is that it's probably got all sorts of nested databases, which don't translate well into a 2d Excel document. Think about it, each one has to have Type, Size, 3 Resource entries, 3 possible Passive abilities, A whole STACK of buildings, current effects, defense / attack / cloak from buildings, current (modified)defense / attack / cloak That's a lot to try and wedge into an Excel document |
