Ship packadges, for purchase. as at this time ship size is related to levels, but you cannot reduce your ship, what about having more then one ship? not a fleet of ships but ships of certain sizes can a backup or escape ship. in line with this idea are. fighters, short range upgradable fighters through research and points put into hanger bays/ cargo. size of hanger controls how many fighters you can have, reserch level controls abilitys, or damage. possible tech upgrades for fighters, and artifact buildings for planets that support fighters. hanger space takes up room that could be used for weapons, or engines etc, this will control power level to some degree. attacking would work the same, just using fighters in addition to weapons. |

i like it why not have more types of ships scout- upgradeable and increases cloak and scan |

It would be nice if the class of your ship did more than affect the damage calculator. It would be cool if you could pick a class of ship that would change your style. Your ship size class could stay, but you could have warships, mining ships, science ships, escorts, civilian, etc. |

There have been loads of threads where people have discussed the addition of fighters and hangar bays. Lots of people want them, but Dan has said he would rather concentrate on bug fixing etc rather than changing the game mechanics with new ship development areas. As much as I would love to have fighters, it's not going to make it in for a long time. ...But on the plus side, we should be getting the legion bases in a week or three.

more interested in the legion bases thats for sure. but i am definatly wanting more options for ship classes, or maybe having size purchase options. |

a good fix, i'm sure others would appreciate this also, if you get hit multiple times by a legion then your legion notify can be reset, (great for wars) you can select war with a legion, making a better chance to get them in your battle tab. if someone attacks a planet you are guarding they are alerted to all who are guarding the planet. more to follow |
