Post subject:  Option to reallocate rank points
It would be nice if there was an option to reallocate rank points with galaxy points. What if a player allocates their rank points in a way that isn't very effective and doesn't realize it at first and later wants to reallocate them? I would like to do that myself, but there's no such option. I would be willing to pay 100 or even 200 galaxy points for that option.

I really like this idea, plus the people who used the scout ship trick could now get a second chance without having to restart there profile. :-) i put quite a bit into attack in the early days of first playing this and i would love to move them into decks :-) +1. i would say a fair price for this should be about 20GP but doubles after each use.

i'm happy with my build strategy, but i can see how this would be beneficial to players that hadn't found the forum/wiki early in their GL career.
however, i think a one use/ sliding scale cost gp only artifact is the way to go here...100 gp for under level 49 say...going up to 500 gp (in stages) for over level 200's.
once used can never be bought again

The only real problem with this is the game doesn't keep track of stats given as rank points or by other means, so higher levels, who have gotten a bunch of MSPs, Android Scientists, and Android Helmsmen could basically use those artifacts to get whatever stats they wanted.

Have it based on there rank (without artifact shipments)
since a rank 51 would get a total of 250 rank points, a rank 101 would get 500 rank points, and so on

Yeah, but where would those rank points be taken from? If the player can choose it doesn't fix the problem, it just means they take a bunch of rank points from cargo and put them somewhere else, but I can't think of how they game could choose the points taken away to be reapplied.
