ok i understand the upkeep cost to maintain the ship. but shouldent the wepon improve if it is off line when the up keep comes. say 5% for 24 hr of being offline. we still pay a maitnace fee on items in are cargo, if their not being used dont you think an enginerr could find the time to fix it.
