i am a member at stormfront we just did a temporary swap with children of time. when i woke up this morning i found that one of my megacollossal oceans was under attack and i was able to repel enemies but i could not ask current legion for help. i understand this rule was made to stop multi accounters but could we modify it to alow a planet to be alerted if recently attacked like in previous four hours?

it was to prevent realerting after legion hopping. so while you had a real emergency and were in your normal legion, you were legion hopping. its just something active players in multiple legions have to deal with.

I agree with Proteus, if your planet is under attack, you should get the exception to share your planet and get some help right away.

That would defeat some of the purpose of the timer; if your planet is attacked you can switch Legions to share with a more powerful one. If it checked to make sure you hadn't switched Legions since the planet was attacked then that could work; they would know what Legion would be defending when they attacked still.
