Better NPC's XP Ratio!

 I wish everytime I battle a NPC i could get better Experience Points!

the xp ratio for npcs under 200 is good. however, i would like to see an xp increase for npcs like the Lazuli Fabrication plant. it takes double the energy to lock in on one of those than a refinery, but you get half the experiance.

common ones give a good xp ratio but the lauzli fabrication plants only give like 75exp. and they are a pain to kill, i think we should get 150xp back on them

I think that npc experience should scale by ones rank.
