okay, so I was reading about planets and I saw there was something called a pulsar planet. The pulsar planet revolves around a neutron star. So I was thinking this good be a pretty good planet type for GL.

This should be in "Suggestions & Ideas" I might as well critique it while I'm here though. Pulsars let off massive waves of radiation. I don't know about you, but I'd definitely not want to get near one As for one orbiting a neutron star, I'm not an astronomer so I can't really know if there would be any problems with that one. You'd just have to decide what resources it would have.

mining too? neutronium is quite valuable and is used to build strong reliable hull plating and maybe also used for construction in buildings like arcology and dyson sized buildings

Pulsar are also quite small, but extremely dense, nuetron stars have enormous gravitational pull (i think) but are only the size of the earth or mars
