I want the ability for people to use and give unwanted NPC's that drop things by sharing them to people like me if the person with the abilitie already has enough of a certain npc reward drops, that way people like me can get for a example E.g ; "Leviathan Rift Emitter from a non mission Octafari Leviathan when anyone beats this ship or anyother ship (NPC)"

Its a bad idea. I could have supplied a quarter of my legion with Ion Pulse Ballistae by now. Or tons of Vortul plating, or Stryll trap probes, or dark foci, crimson amplifiers, and so on. If you can't (or don't) do the work involved in getting the artifacts or modules, you should not be able to have them just given to you.
