Just an idea for a new diplomacy option under the legion tab... Cease Fire.
What it would do is, if used by two legions on each other (like NAP), for 24 hours it would not allow members of either legion to attack members of the other. Often when fights between legions start, its difficult to get the word out and not have people accidentally carrying on a combat they don't know is supposed to be over. This would let officers and leaders of a legion have a bit more control in ending such conflicts.
Sorry if this idea has already been suggested but I didn't see it in the most recent few screnes of ideas.

I love this idea. I once mediated a truce between two legions, it almost fell apart because they didn't get the word out in time to their members.

Something that could be nice... a mechanic to negotiate reparations for war. Could be good for whenever the bases come out.
