Why dont you get chance to return attack. No indication of who attacked you

You get a notification if they disable you. A lot of the time if somebody attacks without disabling they are just clearing their battle tab. Also, it means people don't have to be as careful to make sure their enemies are weaker than them; if they were alerted for attacking an enemy they couldn't disable they'd have to worry a lot more about being destroyed by them easily, so alerting for each attack would just encourage people to fight the weakest people they can find.

That is the whole point of acquiring probe ability I appear to be wasting my probe before each attack
