regarding the Siege cannons, i think they need to giv a better reward. 50 rsearch points is not worth it.

yeah, i agree... although theyre one of the easier uncommons for me now, they were extremely difficult when i first encountered them. i believe the best reward they can give is a 50/50 chance building with size 2, 750 attack, research 2, limit one per planet.

yeah, they only drop the 50 rp. i was just saying i WISH they dropped a building size 2, attack 750, research 2, but to balance it would be 50% of the time. rereading it, i can see i didnt word my original post correctly. :P

i down em in 5 hits now, but it took me around 20 when i was under rank 100... they get easier, so dont worry.

Seriously though, RSL's do lose their intimidation factor the farther you progress in the game. I think the only last 4 shots for me now.

How about an RSL Surge Breaker, an artifact that automatically deals X amount of damage to players.

Maybe not players, but NPC's. It is incredibly annoying to have to use another 5 energy because the damn thing has 3 HP left.

True, that would be a lot better. Though to balance the artifact the Siege Cannon would have to become a fixed level. And with those changes I would be glad to take on such a dangerous foe.

I think the thing should drop the bloody huge gun it's got on it! A planetary structure might be interesting, as long as it was good. Or maybe, they could bump the research points bonus up to like 1000 or so. I think the huge siege cannon would be more exciting though.
