Builder Repair Bonus also apply to Legion Repairing

i know this has potential to be abused, but can we have our builder bonus apply to repairing legionmates aswell? i often repair legionmates if they get disabled by an npc or from a battle tab hit in the night (with their permission of course) but i find that alot of their repair costs are larger than mine!! so because we are 'builders' can we please have our bonus go to 'building' legion ships, and not just our own?
