who can change its just leaders or officers as well ? |

It can be edited at any time (for an energy cost) by leaders. The actual 'base design' (its image) is also chosen from a list. As the base gains levels, more designs will be unlocked to choose from. |

Each level is progressively harder to reach, not just for the materials required, but the Logistics research level required. (Logistics is a new research branch being added). |

can we plz extend the name of our base to 30 characters? we have some really cool names, but theyre 26-29 characters long, and they just dont sound as cool misspelled... |

yeah, we fixed what we were goin after. we had to change the name from an italian translation to a french translation, but its still pretty cool. |
