 ship weapons

i know i have a similar post like this but was a long time ago.

everyone is like a copy cat. we all have the same weapons and same ships. we need weapons that have special abilities. bonuses to crit strike, chance for dbl damage, possible double strike. right now we max out our ships and put the highest weapon on it for the most firepower. but what if we had special abilities on the equipment, you would find a lot more people using a lot of different kinds of items. instead of all 8 of the same weapon.

I agree. It would be more interesting than just trying to get 8 of the most advanced weapons all the time. And the kinda weak specialty weapons.

also weapon sets. so if you have the full set you get bonuses for having them.

i.e. a 6 weapon sets bonuses made up of different item sets.

slot 1 draconian laser 100atk
slot 2 draconian scanner 100 scan
slot 3 draconian cloaking field 100 cloak
slot 4 draconian armor 100 hull
slot 5 draconian shields 100 shields
slot 6 draconian stabilizers 100 def

having 3 of any equipped adds 100 to atk
having 4 equipped adds 200 to atk
having 5 equipped adds 300 to atk
having 6 equipped adds 400 to atk and a 5% crit shot......
