Ok so now we have the Mylarai Build Extractor which is really fun when you see someone installing an omni base on a semi-worthless planet..

you invade get the ommi base and then wait for that person to get back his planet. but if that player is not playing anymore. your stuck with a semi-worthless planet. (unless of course you have 5 gp to abandon said semi-worthless planet)

What if we have a new ability to "plunder" planetary artifact. That way we can take cool artifacts and then place them on better planets. conquering planets take too much credit when your high enough already and there is that dreaded 1 day timer to conquer another planet after invading and then another 1 day timer to abandon a planet...

So why not give us an option to plunder a certain artifact.. (uses 1 Mylarai Build Extractor) but does not need to be one of your planet.

Hehe just an  evil  suggestion

1+ ...... then again what retaliation will be available to the victim of this theft? will he be notified that "so-n-so" took it? has been relocated to "alpha centari VI" or ????? cause lord knows if someone took a arti structure from me I'd want some form a payback.

well when a planet gets stolen and then fluxed all you can do is zero the offender's action... there's really no complete payback...

well there is a reason that planet fluxes cot gp, in my opinion the ability to take a planet and immediately flux it is one of the "less balanced" aspects of the game. personally i don't think they were a very good idea, the temporal flux orb is much more functional/fair imho.
but that is neither what this thread is about nor is it for me to decide.
this thread is about snagging a structure from an enemy planet without invading it first.
now the Saboteur ability targets a standard structure and destroys it (i think it is a random one correct me if i'm wrong) now from my understanding for the op you are suggesting that you not only be able to target a non-standard building, but that you actually be able to pick which building it is, and you actually be able to steal it...
if i really need to explain why this isn't balanced i don't want to live on this planet anymore

I agree, toooo evil, because if you take a artifact that is say limited or they paid for it then uh thats kinda unfair, -1

Ive taken good planets I knew I'd never keep just so I could steal the artifacts on it. Totally worth it.
