I was thinking to make research a little bit easy what if you have like a focus option that way while your off line all the research points you gain go straight to a certain tech till it fills and then it stopps

They put the cap on for a reason, so people dont go off for a month and get tons of research points, even doing one fraction of a tier would still go by. I do think they should increase thge Cap there is already a topic on this on the first page as well....

No i mean say you want to research those mesh buildings which was 30000 research to unlock and your hourly research is like 300 every hour well every hour 300 points go to the research topic till you stop it or all of it is unlocked

You mean select a research, and all research point collected will be automatically applied.

If you do it this way you should not be able to bank you research points. Any points over the amount needed and gained after will be lost until you select a new research.

I get it but higher up tiers require tons of research, and you would have a full research bank and have the research that would have been wasted in the tier already, basically banking almost. But still the cap is too low as well

And thereby making Hacking completely worthless... The chances of getting a crit-hack are obscenely low, so you propose to take away the only think you get out of 98% of all hacks?
