Inter-legionary communication should be free from energy, to improve communication. Abuse can easily be handled by drumming out any offenders. Also, One free comm would be nice to the victim of your disable, hack, or raid to leave a courtesy message. |

i like this idea. both of them. it would definitly make recruiting easier, especially legion merges. And i would definitly leave courtesy messages for each hack or disable if i got a free post. right now the only time i leave a message is when i hack a planet. |

If you even have them in your friends list. Some people need to be smacked in the face with messages. Also, you should form complete sentences. |
