Planetary Data Marker (not sure about the name.)

When used it will keep shared planets in your data banks. Not sure if the effect should be permanent or just add another 12 hours. There have been a few times that someone shared a planet and the alert ran out either right after I logged on the get actually get it, or maybe I just wanted to make it long term project. Anyway I'd like the option to keep certain things in my log longer than 12 hours.
