here is my suggestion, and I know it has been said before, but I didn't want to dust off the old spam filled threads: Being able to gift GP and once in awhile being able to gift normally ungiftable artifacts. I think we should also beable to use artifacts like Spy Up-links on a legion mate's planets. Thoughts? |

Unless you have whichever time manipulator that resets the gift timer ;p I think the basic one does that. |
