Ok, heres another idea that i was thinking about while i was looking at a response at my Legion base planet idea. what about having Legion Colonies in general, so that way, just like us, when a base lvls up every so many lvls it can add another planet under its control and add onto the Resources it already produces. its not that good of an idea but i thought i should at least throw it out there.

Legions are types of governments. And regular governments in the game allow us to colonize planets.
