There have been posts about updating the base contribution stats to take into account the Credits that people have stashed in their base. I totally agree with this and think Credit contributions should be rewarded.

...But what about people that have paid for Structural Expanders? The game doesn't specifically reward these people. Ok, the extra space means you can install more modules, but that doesn't necessarily mean the contributor will actually get much of a reward from it, especially if the daily base production is equally split between 50 people, or is based on contributions - which as i've said, doesn't take your Expanders or Credits into account. And if you're not the legion leader, you don't even get a say in how the new space that you've provided will actually be used; the leader decides instead.

To make it more reflective, I think the contribution percentage should take into account any Credits and Structural Expanders that you've provided, in addition to the existing resources. This would be useful for a lot of players, as the CC'ers will be rewarded for paying, and the lower-rank players that can afford to give credits but not the other resources can be rewarded for helping too.

how about this:
each resource is a 1:10 ratio in reflecting base contribution.

expanders : tech parts : energy : exotic matter : credits

No. Credit is easily abused. Can contribute then WD then re-contribute so go on..

I recorded all members who bought extenders cuz base log isn't even long.. We have maxed out extenders on our level 6 base (60/60 now) and we gave many thanks to those generous members and they shouldn't get kicked out for that..

But other than thanking people, are you actually giving them any benefits for their generosity, Nocifer? This is why I think it needs to be taken into account. And when I say take into account, I don't mean by a huge amount. Credits certainly should be on a 1:1 basis with Complex tech or Exotic Matter for instance.

It could also be based on your rank/number of planets; if a player contributed a million credits when they were level 50, if could count a lot more than if a level 500 player contributed a million credits.

But the main thing that I wanted to talk about was the Structural Expanders. Regardless of your rank, these cost actual money, and the game should reflect that with some further bonus. Bigger shares of the resources would be a nice start.
