It would be helpful to have an alternate rule for use of repair bay and for resource division that allows the leader to set a certain % that a member has contributed towards the base that would qualify them to use the repair bay and recieve shipments. For example you could set the requirement at 2% so then every member who has contributed at least 2% to the base can use the repair bay and/or can recieve resource shipments. This seems a bit more fair as it can allow a legion to award members more equally for their contributions (as not all members have the capability to contribute as much as top members) rather than unequally distributing resources to the top contributors or equally across members who are less interested in the progress of the legion base. |
