ok so basically heres an example and you will understand



say a legion has 5 members and gets 100 mineral units an hour

person number 1 has donated 30 percent of the total donated supplies thusly he gets 30 percent of the supplys created by the base

person number 2 has donated 25 percent of the total donated supplies thusly he gets 25 percent of the supplys created by the base

person number 3 has donated 20 percent of the total donated supplies thusly he gets 20 percent of the supplys created by the base

person number 4 has donated 20 percent of the total donated supplies thusly he gets 20 percent of the supplys created by the base

person number 5 has donated 5 percent of the total donated supplies thusly he gets 5 percent of the supplys created by the base



this would stop the people who dont contribute anything from getting an even amount of the supplies with those who works hard to upgrade the base

Errr...this is already in the game. The legion leader can set it to be contributions-based. Although I heard that the option is apparently buggy and Dan is working on a fix.

the reason almost no one uses this option is because someone who puts in 50k energy is overshadowed by someone who puts in 150k exotic matter and zero energy. so even though you made more of a sacrifice you only get rewarded with 25% of the shipment, and the guy with the high mining output gets 75% of the haul.
