It seems to me that it is unfair to have a person sitting disabled and able to launch debuffs and containment missiles at you. I think it is only fair that if an artifact negatively effects a player it should not be able to be used unless they are operational.

Suggested. Ill save everyone some time. SPAM SPAM GAWD MORE SPAM! STOP THE DANG SPAM! SPAM! SPAM! SOMEONE CRASHED THE SERVER WITH THE SPAM! ok i'm done. I think you should find the newest post on this and bump it. I have no clue what to say without getting warned though.

its a good idea and needs to be implemented. unfortunately its been suggested many many times. still, +1 from me.

well maybe just because your disabled doesnt mean a crew member cant hit the butt end of a missle and pray to god it goes off. lol jk
