I have been thinking about this for a few days now and this is what I have come up with so far.

I was thinking of a way to be able to trade artifacts without being hampered with timers. I know this is going to need more input, so I would like all you guys to make some suggestions.

You can select upto 10 artifacts you have in the base cargo hold (to be discussed later) and you can also select upto 2 artifacts you want in exchange. For example we have excess Drannik Sabs and will trade them for Sentry Guards and Cloning Pods, now if you want 10 Drannik Sabs and you have enough SG's and Pods then you just click "BUY" and it all magically gets swapped over.

Now for the base cargo hold:

For the above to be of any real use the base itself is going to need space to hold all the artifacts. I would like this cargo hold to be free from the base level and upgradeable in size using MSP's and Tesseracts. However, I dont see a problem with it being linked to the level just like the current modules.

I hear you saying but how can we find your base to be able to trade. Well, I wasnt actually sure about that until I was typing this out. If I remember correctly Dan made a suggestion about the pacts and suggested a "trade pact" where all legion members from all your "trade pact" allies would show up in you "send" list. I think this could be in addition to that, so if you have a "trade pact" with another legion then you will get to see that legions base (but only for trade purposes).

As I said this is only about 50% of a good idea and needs a little tweaking so please makes some suggestions and I will update the main post when I can.

You should also be able to: donate to the market and the leaders/officers should have the ability to scrap like 10 ones a day.

Ill think of some other points.

Since the base has credits, just set buy/sell prices on each trade-able item and max quantity. People with access stock the base or take items out of "cargo".

Ooh thats a good idea, never thought of just being able to buy/sell your artifacts for a set price rather than trading.

Bases should not be able to scrap artifacts. They can post them for sale, but not scrap. And prices should be flexible

"100 Quantum Firewalls offered. Price 5 Drannik Sabatours"

ok, I'm going to tweek this a bit, how about a market feature, you put artifacts or whatever up, and people bid on them
