Maybe a +2 Artifact only use on terra/gaia planet could be fine.
Link it with a new T.O. rare ship and it's all fine.

+2 is getting kinda greedy, eh?

and if you truely want to know where it went, it disappeared along with the Scruuge. Now we just have Taltherian, Mylarai, and whatever race the new weekly is gonna give us for research. I could see a +1 artifact from crashing a derelict ship or something into the planet, or a Sentience Accelerator that causes the indigenous population to develop more culture causeing the artifact points to rise by 1.

TO Carrier = terraformer = artifacts. That's how I use it since it's the only normal NPC drop that affects artifacts.

The only thing I say, we have plently of Toxic Purifier, many planet optimizer. 1-2 terra device a week.

The Artifact are badly represented compare to mining and research. I full mining and research all night but never arti.
