a haly trap is for purposes of attacks only not raids and hacks. We do have a trap re hacks. I suggested we do something about raids, even if only multi-raiders previously(i guess Dan figured the better way initially was get rid of the manipulators

). I can see and agree to a certain extent re your point tho.
In terms of if you have the trap set though, not being allowed to go forward with attacks.... that would defeat the purpose of the traps. It would also make null fuses pointless.
So overall i have to say -1 here.
