what about we might be able to divide base shipments by the member rank so members get some officers get more and leaders get the most |

a similar sugestion came up barley an hour ago: http://galaxylegion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7371 but not sure if being a leader grants you more rights to resource shipments.... |

maybe how about another new ay where you can set it to lower rank members get more or higher ranked members get more |
