When used on the base, it contributes 20 energy an hour for 1 week towards the base upgrade. (a total of 3360)
The energy spent this way does not count against resource division.
Black Market Den: (building)
Special size 1, +10 artifact production, +10 research production
Geology Guild: (building)
Special Size 1, +10 mining production, +10 research production
Extraction Center: (building)
Special size 1, +10 artifact production, +10 mining production
