My legion has players rank from 140 to 15 and we were beginning to wonder why the low ranking members haven’t been contributing to the legion base come to find out the need to have a cretin amount of research done for how high the base level.
So what I’m asking here is can you make it so are lower ranking player can contribute to the base. This affects our ability to level the base if half 2/3’s of our players can’t do anything to help us.

You'll just need to wait for them to do the research.

It also stops people from creating thousands of multi-accounts and donating energy at once..

the thing is that it will take them months to catch up and this is effecting the legion and choud make some of are players leave

i agree with constitution.....there is too much risk of multis being created just in order to quickly upgrade the base....we all have to work at the research in order to stay caught up with it . it should be no differant for the newer users.

Its not just multis, there are a host of other reasons. The biggest being if your legion is to weak to create a higher level base, its to weak to defend it.

Remember although they cannot contribute Energy, Exotic Matter or Tech parts, they CAN donate credits. Also, Xmatter and Tech parts are sendable, so they could transfer them to someone who is eligible to contribute those to the base.
