Mineable stars could be a rare type, where the only thing you can mine is energy. Put out enough solar panels and you should be able to gather a bit of energy. Something like Extremely Rare to get a star, and it charges at a +3 or so. |

The funny thing is, higher level technology must be build around a sun. Now that I think about it, that's also why Rogue Planets probably won't work. |

Someone else that actually knows how to spell "Rogue" Knowing a little bit of French, I find it quite humorous every time I see "rouge" instead.. |

Seeing as how stars are always spewing out matter in God knows how many different elements, it would make sense that you could collect minerals from a star. But the MP of star is nothing compared to its RP, stars are gold mines when it comes to research. |

Lets sit here and think, what planet has NOT been added to the game? Planetary nebulae are shells of gas thrown out by some stars near the end of their lives. Our Sun will probably produce a planetary nebula in about 5 billion years. They have nothing at all to do with planets; the terminology was invented because they often look a little like planets in small telescopes. A typical planetary nebula is less than one light-year across. |

Some dead stars are nothing but huge ultra-heavy space diamonds. |

I like the "Planets Not Added" list that Vekno posted. These planets are very reasonable, and very likely in real life. They have the sci-fi aspect that everyone loves, and the realism that so many people love as well. |
