Tech collectors don't expire????

Please put an 8 hr expire timer on these, like other common npc.

I'm conflicted.
They're a bit tougher than the average npc, but the reward is worth it for them to not go away.

no way one or two tech parts are worth a non-expiration timer. PLEASE put a timer on these, ever if its a 12 hour timer. when im doing missions i only kill rare or elite npcs that appear in my bt, and if its clogged with these worthless commons that never disappear then i'll never see a rare or elite until i do a run. make em like the average common and please time em to 8 hours.

A timer has been added to all new spawns. They were supposed to originally have a "common-length (8 hour)" timer - this has been corrected.
