Planetary Storage Bunkers
1 space
1000 Defense
1000 Additional storage capacity to resource (could have one for minerals, separate one for artifacts, another for research)
Requirements (25) Mass Storage Pods, (25) tesseract containers,
Mineral Bunker (25) Phase Cutters
Artifact Bunker (25) Space Elevator Chassis
Research Bunker (25) Spy Uplink Chassis

+1, looks like when you have enough cargo, you have to worry about maxing your storehouses. i can see where higher levels would like to convert msps to planetary storehouses.

Wouldnt we have to make Mass Storage Pods a little more common like instead of rare they are uncommon? That would help because ive only ever gotten 1

For example, if an artifact costs 15000 AP and you only have 8000 AP, you are not likely to receive it. A mass storage pod requires 20000 AP so the only time you even have a chance at it is when you are drawing from a pool of more than 20000 AP.
