Post Wormholes and your planet
When you own a planet, why can't you wormhole away ships that are guarding your planet, at any time, regardless of the population levels of the planet.


You own the planet after all; so why do you get the same rules as someone who is trying to invade the planet and get rid of the guards.

Spies for one, if they leave after guarding the planet you can still alert it.

2) If you are doing a friendly hand over of the planet, and someone is still guarding it after being told for a few days to leave; you have no way of forcing them to unguard the planet to permit the hand over.
