Add in a filter for unoccupied planets

Along the top of the planets page, you can sort by "Planet Name" "Type" "Size" "Best Resource" and "Control"
Click on "control" and it sorts planets by owner, Unoccupied, Enemy and You

You can also type "unoc" in the filter box, so you can still sort them by size and resource.
