When you own a planet, why can't you wormhole away ships that are guarding your planet, at any time, regardless of the population levels of the planet. You own the planet after all; so why do you get the same rules as someone who is trying to invade the planet and get rid of the guards. |

Spies for one, if they leave after guarding the planet you can still alert it. 2) If you are doing a friendly hand over of the planet, and someone is still guarding it after being told for a few days to leave; you have no way of forcing them to unguard the planet to permit the hand over. |
