 Passive Resources (Feedback please)

Becuase high rankers are having difficulty to afford invasions, paying upkeep, extremely expensive modules and building level 12s building i propose a NEW concept to the game.

There are Passive Attack, Defence and Cloak on planets.
It's like having a Minefield but its size 0
Why not Add Passive Mining, Research and Cloak.
It's like having a Production Building But its size 0

Dan could generate New NPCs that drop new artifacts that give Passive Resources

Example -

Moruad
Large Terra Planet
Rare

2x Megarich Artifact

Passive 100 Cloak
Passive 3 Artifact Production.

The Passive 3 may be small bonus but it is amplified by the artifact abundancy and planet peaking bonus
So it will add around +12-ish Artifact Production to that planet

The artifact can be called Continental Scanners or excavation or whatever.

The cap would be Passive 10 Artifact Production : Dropped from a NPC similar to Fabrication Plants or Refineries or Legion Base
(It's pretty much having a Level 10 strucutre thats size 0 so the bonus would be enormous)

They're would be passive Research and Mining Bonuses as well.

+1 resource is HUGE. Way bigger than 50 passive attack or defense. Especially when you multiply it by your bonuses.

I dont think dan will approve this because in the 1st place thats why he put a limit of x15 on planets.
