I believe this to be an exceedingly truthful statement. However, that makes things a little cumbersome. Leaders have to get the credits, buy the minerals, hope the person who wanted it can afford the space for the minerals and so on.

I would love to see the banking page expanded to show how much someone has put in and how much they have taken out.

Maybe some rules could be added to the page:
"Can only take out as much as put in"
"Can take out X millions per day"
"Can take out as much as they want"

Also, I think legion members should have a bank request page which would supersede permissions set in the rule above.

So if I want to borrow more millions than I have put in or am set to, I can put in a request and the leadership can approve or deny this. This would give me the money I need without allowing me access to the coffers. It would reduce the necessity of Leaders to transfer funds to themselves and then to their people (in the form of minerals).

It would also reduce the processing fee that goes along with buying and selling minerals.

+1 we need more restrictions on banking, I wish I could open it to the whole legion!

you can. under teh actions tab you can switch it from leaders and officers to entire legion, or leaders only.

As expected would happen, we opened the bank so someone could take some money owed to them and accidentally they grabbed 45B instead of 4.5B.

Could we get some more banking restrictions and ability. Right now either the vault is open to all or open to almost none. This doesn't make sense to me.
