CT Lab: Containment cage/missle for planets!

Ok so we have CM and CC for ships why not for planets
Containment Nuke( Idk what to name these suggestions?) 20 Containment Missles, 20 Engineered Virus, 200 Energy. Takes all beneficial Effects off of a Planet
Containment Field 40 Containment Cages, 20 Planet Vortex Deflector, 200 Energy Removes all bad effects from your planet. ( Ion Storms, Orbital Mass, etc...)

First two are good...but the last one is too unbalanced

The warp field is just like a planetary vortex deflector. Immune to artifacts. but cant replinish population. doomed when planet is open to invasion.
