Due to the length of the mission chain needed to get to the XTS-10 Injectors, it seems that it may be appropriate to receive a blueprint to build the injector perhaps for 500 cr and 30 XTS-9.

Since many have already completed the whole chain, perhaps a follow up mission that would give the blueprint and require XTS-9 per completion.
