Say if you are attacking someone, you get no mineral/artifacts/research from your hack and raids.
What if you had a spy probe that returns you the time until they receive their shipments?

Way too overpowered. If you know when someone gets their resources, you have an instant cash-cow. A simple probe should not be able to do what days or more of tactical analysis can accomplish. If you plan to get those resources when they click over, you should have to work for it.

I was thinking it would have a rare/high artifact point price, or even an NPC drop...
