Repair options in legion tab

Don't know if this is listed in here somewhere yet but...
Can we have the ability to repair our legion members if they are not completely disabled and simply damaged?
Or would that cause too much issue with up to 60 players keeping one alive for 5 minutes?
If so can we also include the option for others to opt out of repairable status?
