You can't use artifacts against someone guarding a planet

 You can't use artifacts against someone guarding planets if they have the Halcyon Aura : Truce +1 active.
Cannot Use. A device is active which prevents artifacts from being used on this ship. It doesn't make much sense that players can freeze buffs and prevent offensive artifacts if they are defending any planet. Otherthan that there is no way....maybe Dan will rethink this? Could be overpowred if the hypothetical rank 800 has enough Hacylon Traps to stay there forever and call moar reinforcements |
