so a legion mate shares a planet scan in the end nobody was able to take the planet and scan share ends in 24hrs.... planet artifact "data Locker" permanently stores planet scan in your data bank. cost 40GP (only works on planets NOT occupied by your legion) |

-1, would be a little over powered. and im pretty sure its 12 hours. I mean you could keep their dyson in your scans if they share it so actually BIG -1 |
