ECM Cluster
[Trap - 1 Week] When applied, an attacking ship has a chance to lose* 90% scan for 15 minutes, and loss of the targeted ship (you).

on a side note, this trap will also close the battle window or change it to that picture of "This enemy has already been disabled,"
replacing that text with "This enemy cannot be targeted" or something.. effectively removing yourself from the battle tab.

irrelevant, but can you only have Energy and Tech Parts count towards legion base contrib? Exotic matter is far too common..

so... you want the attacker to gain 90% scan, but lose the target? as for the exotic matter thing, dan is recoding it so that leaders can set the percentage value ratio for each resource. so like energy could be worth 5, em worth 1, and tech worth 10.

lol what i'd like about traps is if when triggered they went, It's a TRAP!
