These have been in the "Phasing out" stage for a long time, and Dan had mentioned eventually they would be unusable.
Just want to suggest making them unusable. They are an old, removed artifact that is a big PvP item and not available to be "hoarded" anymore, putting newer players at a disadvantage.

Why should me and my artifacts that i have got legally be punished by removing them just because im saving them for something special, i only got 25 left and i use them extreamly rarely because theres no more of it andi only want to use those when its really neccessary

Because they are still being abused. I would love to see a selling bonus for those. Just to get rid of them.

Only think i would think be worth trading them for would be 3 null fuses per 1 omicron net, atleast, ifnot 4!

Hopefully not completely removed. I have 1 left. I had barely started playing when Dan began phasing them out, so I kept one as a little museum piece for myself.

I think they should go ahead and bring it back, but it, the Halcyon Trap, and the Calming Amplifier need a change in how they can be removed. Halcyon Trap should be removed with a Containment Missile, Calming Amplifier can't be removed (maybe with a Containment Cage, so it can be removed if it was put up on accident, but maybe not), and Omicron Net needs a Null Fuse to be removed. This way everything would serve its intended purpose. The timers could be changed also.
EDIT: Also, they should prevent all PvP stuff. Of course, that would prevent the Halcyon Trap from being removed after all, but that shouldn't be an issue if the Calming Amplifier couldn't be removed with a Containment Missile; no need to hide behind a Halcyon trap anymore.
EDIT 2: Actually, that would make the Halcyon Trap too powerful, so that should be removed with a Null Fuse, and the Omicron Net either can't be removed or can only be removed with a Null Fuse. The key is making the Calming Amplifier irremovable, at least by enemies, so there's no reason to hide behind such things.
