Don't like Black Diamond Hull.

Absolutely not "Black Badge Insignia" unless it prevents the ship from attacking ranks lower than their current rank. Exception would be if the lower rank foolishly attacked/hacked the Black Badge Insignia. Should a ship ranked 80% or below the "Black Badge Insignia" be able to hack/raid/disable they receive 2 black badges if offline and 15 if in the middle of a PvP online.

just my two cents for what's it's worth.

Awarded when you disable an enemy while he/she is online, Must be within the at least 90% of your rank or rank 600+.

This is really powerful. I get that these are meant to be elite badges but it is triple the value of standard Nanospheres, for the same space and gives 150 defense (46 space with a dampener). I guess as these badges are so rare it wont matter much but rewards like this could be unbalanced.
