Post subject:  Additions (possibly changes) to the Leaderboards

(I suggested this within an earlier thread, while the thread has now gone to the back of the suggestions list the idea was shown support within the thread so I felt I should give on of its own)
So currently theres only 2 legion leaderboards, SS and rank. Now while these are all fine and good they dont really show any, "power". Rank doesnt mean ****, directly anyway, and SS can change throughout the day based on things like taking off energy reducing cannons or simply having a temporary buff on. So when it really comes down to it, neither of these leaderboards show how powerful a legion actually is. Because of this, i have some suggestions.

1: A new leaderboard that keeps track of the Ship Strength of the legion's victims. i.e. Player A from Legion A disables Player B from legion B, Legion A then gains "points" based off of Player B's Ship strength.
2: A new leaderboard that keeps track of the NPC kills in a legion.
3: A new leaderboard that keeps track of the average difference in Ship Strength (and or rank) of PVP kills.

Now simply so we can have accurate data id also recommend that these leaderboards reset every week.

Ok so, forum do your thing and rip my ideas to shreds while telling me how im ruining the game!
(also some shameless self advertising, viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2057& the idea has been suggested several times and a thread really needs to be kept alive)

Actually, there could be a legion leaderboard based on "Honourable" kills VS "Honourable" disables (honourable is being no more than 40% above the target's rank).

The score would be calculated as:

((Total member kills/Total member disables)/number of members)*1000

Say Legion A has a total of 2000 kills and 200 disables between 10 members, their score would be
2000/200 = 10 10/10 = 1 1*1000 = 1000

If Legion B had 10000 kills and 400 disables between 50 members, their score would be
10000/400 = 25 25/50 = 0.5 0.5*1000 = 500

Therefore legion A would be ranked higher than legion B, even though they have fewer overall kills and members, because on average they are better at fighting overall.

The same as the above could apply to hacking.

The "honourable" kills aspect would prevent high levels from farming lower levels just to get the score up.

Has something like this been suggested before, or would it simply not work?

another possobility, i guess i forgot to add the part where the kills and such would be based off of what would be normally (including kills normally included due to time constraints) badge worthy.

+1 to all ideas, my legion can take some of the legions above us but we rank lower just because we have some lower ranked players, if you look 90% of our players are over rank 120 but our average rank is only 163 and we're 29th on the leaderboard for it...
