I suggest a new race. Terran Outsiders. +70% Shields. Adding new missions to the current TO chain to completely end it, allowing you to switch to this race. |

Hmm, we dont have a shield race, exccept for the proffession. I would go with +1 on this. But they are humans so a shield race but not TO |

They now expect to be called Terrans, not Humans. Also, I'd rather it be a 50% increase, to be a sort of mirror image to the Lazuli. |

+50% does sound fairer... although shields are weaker than hulls, so perhaps higher is fair... |

We could make the Humans and Terrans like the Vulcans and Romuluns. After the Romuluns split with the Vulcans, they evolved into their own species. So maybe we could change the skin color to green or blue for the Terrans. |

Their skin color is fine, they just need an identifying uniform. Also, it would be hard to work into something with the Terran Outsiders, seeing as you oppose them at every step. Probably something really big is happening and the T.O. are grudingly, but desperately in need of your help. |

If we make a Terran race with shield bonus, we must make the shield work correctly only 10% of the time. Only need to watch Star trek or Stargate. Our shield NEVER WORK during battle. |

However they would need something else besides a shield buff. Most people would rather become Lazuli Fixers because of the insane Hull boost. |
