Free communications with NAPs.

In times, you want to ask help from NAP legions. If you have to spent loads of energy messaging backwards and forwards it can be really counter-productive. Posting comm messages to NAP'd and your own legion's ships should also be free.

as for messaging friends in your legion, you can always use the comms, which i think most people do anyway, but as for messaging NAP'd Allies i agree, there shouldn't be a Energy penalty to send a message to them for help in times of war

Or trade names and open up a Friends Chat.
You can friend chat WHILE playing GL.
Though what I think would be nice is a return button for legion communication.
Personally our legion has many talks going on at the same time a quick response on the legion level for officers/leaders would be cool.
